What automating your process is worth in hours and euros, from your own numbers
Three inputs, all yours: hours a week the process takes today, the cost of an hour and the share you yourself estimate an agent could take over. We only add up and compare with the price of an agent for one process (4,900 €) and maintenance (190 € per month). The result is your estimate, not our forecast.

All people together, hours a week.
Gross pay with contributions divided by hours, or your internal hourly rate.
Fill in all three inputs. The calculation updates as you type.
How we calculate
Hours saved = hours a week × your share. A year = 46 working weeks (holidays, public holidays, sick leave). Savings = hours × cost of an hour. We subtract maintenance (190 € × 12) if included, and the agent's price of 4,900 €. Payback = 4,900 € divided by the monthly saving after maintenance. What the calculator leaves out: time to review exceptions, API usage costs, faster replies to customers, fewer errors. We cannot estimate these honestly without a pilot, so we do not count them.
Frequently asked questions about the calculator
Are these your promises?
No. All inputs are yours; we only do the arithmetic. The pilot counts actual cases.
Why 46 weeks?
A working year without holidays and public holidays; if yours differs, lower the hours a week accordingly.
Do you store the inputs?
No. The calculation runs in your browser; we only send it if you enter your email yourself.
Next step: a process analysis for 490 €, credited to the agent.
