Claude AI workshops for companies in Slovenia: 10 providers compared (2026)

Short answer: Claude AI workshops for companies in Slovenia are run by AYVA Tech (Ljubljana), Flisko (on site anywhere in Slovenia or remotely), KeyKeyAI (the Slovenian coast and Friuli Venezia Giulia) and NobleProg (Ljubljana or online). SIQ Ljubljana runs a public one-day course with a Claude focus, AI HUB Slovenija sells a recording of a Claude Cowork workshop, and Bistri Sistemi, SEOS AI and AI ZAME run general AI workshops in which Claude is one of the tools. The comparison below uses only information published on the providers' own websites, checked on 10 October 2026. Where something is missing, the table says "not published".

A fair warning first: this article is written by Flisko, one of the providers compared. That is why every fact links to a public page you can check yourself, and why Flisko is not at the top: providers are listed alphabetically.

What we compared and why

Choosing a workshop is not only about the content and the trainer, but about whether the format fits your team. For each provider we recorded the same facts:

Methodology: we checked the pages on 10 October 2026, based on publicly published information, fetched with a normal browser. We included only providers with a public page about a Claude workshop, or about an AI workshop for companies that explicitly includes Claude. The provider Inteligenca (inteligenca.si) is not included because the domain had no website on the day of the check (the address did not resolve), so we could not verify any facts.

Providers in alphabetical order

AI HUB Slovenija (ai-slovenia.si, an initiative of Tehnološki park Ljubljana) ran a hands-on Claude Cowork workshop led by Aleš Pevc on 6 July 2026. The live session is over; you can now buy the 3-hour recording with four setup document templates and an e-handbook for 90 €, or 75 € if you attended the Claude Masterclass webinar. They recommend a Claude Pro subscription and a Google account. It suits an individual who wants to learn Cowork alone at low cost; work on your team's own cases is not part of the offer.

AI ZAME (aizame.si) is a consultancy for women entrepreneurs, sole traders and small businesses that works with several tools: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva and others. For companies it offers in-house workshops of two days at six hours each; its open workshops last five hours for groups of up to ten, in person or online, partly together with Tehnopark Celje and Tehnološki park Ljubljana. No new open dates were listed on the day of the check. Prices are not published ("Povprašajte za ponudbo", ask for a quote), and new clients get a free 30-minute consultation.

AYVA Tech (ayva.si, Ljubljana) has a separate page for a Claude workshop for companies and teams: Claude Projects, Skills, working with long documents, connecting tools and AI agents, always including the company's own cases. According to the FAQ on its AI training page, a workshop most often lasts half a day or a full day, with multi-session programmes for systematic rollout. It cites more than 800 hours of training and more than 1,200 participants. Price, group size, location and post-workshop support are not published. Besides Claude it runs ChatGPT, marketing and agent workshops.

Bistri Sistemi (bistrisistemi.si, CU d.o.o., Ljubljana) run a general AI workshop for teams covering ChatGPT, Claude and Copilot. It lasts four hours, takes up to ten participants and costs 990 € including VAT; they come to you anywhere in Slovenia (travel included), or work remotely by arrangement. They also offer one-to-one coaching (590 €, three sessions of 60 minutes) and an AI review with a 90-day plan (1,490 €). They are the only provider here promising a full refund if the participants' average anonymous rating is below 4 out of 5. It starts with a free 20-minute consultation.

Flisko (flisko.si, the author of this article) runs a dedicated Claude AI workshop for companies: three hours, five modules (Intro to Claude, Claude Chat, Claude Cowork, Tasks and connectors, Your scenarios), no programming, built on the client's own documents, email and processes. Groups range from 1 to 12 people, delivered on site (Slovenia, Croatia, Austria) or remotely, in Slovenian by default and in English, Croatian or German on request. The price starts at 950 € for a group of up to five and is final, because the provider, a flat-rate sole trader, is not registered for VAT. Support by email runs for 30 days after the workshop, and you receive an offer within 24 hours of a free 30-minute call. Details are on the Claude AI workshop page.

Inštruktorji (an event on eventure.si, organised by Računalniško društvo Nova Gorica) advertised a "Linux & Claude Code for entrepreneurs" workshop on 31 March 2026: an afternoon session from 15:00 to 20:00, online via Google Meet, one-to-one or in groups of up to five, working on your own projects with Claude Code. It targets business owners, freelancers and developers. Registration is closed, no price appears on the event page, and we found no new dates. The Inštruktorji community at instruktorji.eventure.si was marked inactive on the day of the check.

KeyKeyAI (ai.keykey.si, Klemen Kladnik s.p.) works exclusively with Claude and serves small businesses with one to ten employees on the Slovenian coast (Koper, Izola, Piran, Portorož) and in Friuli Venezia Giulia (Trieste, Gorizia). Its custom team workshop for three to eight people covers Claude for content, Claude Code for productivity and Claude Cowork for processes, at 600 to 1,200 €; the site states neither whether VAT is included nor the duration. The site is in Slovenian, Italian and English, and the first consultation is free.

NobleProg (nobleprog.si) is an international training provider with a catalogue of Claude courses. Claude for Productivity runs for two days or 14 hours: day one in person, day two online, with nine exercises on participants' own documents, including Cowork, MCP and the Microsoft 365 connector. Public dates are 30 November, 14 December and 28 December 2026 and 11 January 2027 at MP Hub in Ljubljana or online, at 540 €; open courses need at least five participants, and VAT is not stated. The course can also be delivered in-house in Slovenia. Participants need a paid Claude account and Microsoft 365 access. The site is in English, and the delivery language is not published. The catalogue also lists Claude Code courses for developers (7 and 14 hours).

SEOS AI (seos.si), led by Peter Mesarec, runs general AI workshops for teams covering Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini; "Claude izobraževanja za ekipe" (Claude training for teams) is one of its training categories. The basic format is four school hours for groups of up to 13, in person at the client, with no support afterwards. The two-session format (4 + 4 school hours) adds one to two weeks of email support, and in the second session each participant builds one or two of their own agents. It cites more than 500 workshops and programmes and more than 10,000 participants. Pricing is on request.

SIQ Ljubljana (siq.si, the Slovenian Institute of Quality and Metrology) lists a public course "Praktična uporaba umetne inteligence in Claude: korak naprej od osnov" (practical use of AI and Claude, a step beyond the basics) taught by Marko Vidrih. It runs on 29 October 2026 from 9:00 to 14:00 (6 school hours) in the SIQ classroom in Ljubljana, the fee is 269 € + 22 % VAT per participant, and attendees receive a certificate of attendance. The content is general (choosing a tool, prompting, safety, generative images and video), with a particular focus on Claude, Claude Cowork and an introduction to Claude Code. Closed-group enquiries are possible.

Which provider fits which need

None of these workshops is best for everyone. Depending on what you need:

• A public date in Ljubljana, paid per person: SIQ Ljubljana (29 Oct 2026, 269 € + VAT) for one day, or NobleProg (from 30 Nov 2026, 540 €) for two days. Good when you send one or two employees.
• A structured two-day programme with Microsoft 365: NobleProg, which also publishes the most detailed outline (four modules, nine exercises).
• Developers and Claude Code: the Claude Code courses at NobleProg (7 or 14 hours), or the Claude Code introduction at SIQ; Flisko shows Claude Code to developers on your repository on request, but its workshop centres on Chat and Cowork.
• A team that uses several tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude): Bistri Sistemi (990 € incl. VAT, with a money-back guarantee), SEOS AI (up to 13 people, optional second session) or AI ZAME.
• A company on the Slovenian coast or in Friuli Venezia Giulia, including in Italian: KeyKeyAI.
• Self-study on a small budget: the Claude Cowork recording at AI HUB Slovenija (90 €).
• Women entrepreneurs and small firms just starting with AI: AI ZAME.
• A dedicated Claude workshop at your company, in Slovenian (or English, Croatian, German), on your own documents, at a known price: Flisko. Based on the data we collected, Flisko is the only provider in this comparison that publishes a price for a dedicated in-company Claude workshop and delivers it anywhere in Slovenia or remotely; the price from 950 € is final, with no VAT added.

What to ask before you book

1. Will we work on our own cases? A workshop on your documents and processes carries over to the next working day; generic examples often do not.
2. Which Claude plan do we need? Some trainers require a paid account per participant, others work with the free plan too.
3. Is the price final? Ask whether VAT is included and whether travel costs are added.
4. What happens after the workshop? Who answers questions, for how long and through which channel.
5. How is data protected? Before bringing company documents, agree which data may go into the tool and how to switch off the use of data for model training.
