No transformer theory. Every attendee sets up an account with the right privacy settings; we explain the differences between Claude Chat, Cowork and Code, and when to pick which. That Anthropic does not train models on your data by default is something we show in the settings — not just claim.

Claude Chat for daily work
Writing in natural language, analyzing long PDFs, web search with citations, and Claude Projects as an internal knowledge base. We demonstrate every technique on a case from your industry: an accounting team on email attachments, a law office on a 200-page contract, a sales team comparing supplier price lists.
What you build: your first Project with templates and instructions Claude follows in every conversation.

Claude Cowork for the office
From 'AI answers' to 'AI does'. Cowork opens Word, Excel and PowerPoint, reads email and delivers a finished output. Together we build two or three scenarios from your own process — a weekly report from a KPI sheet, morning email triage or personalized presentations.
What you build: the first document Claude prepares from your data — from raw spreadsheet to finished deliverable.

Scheduled tasks and connectors
The most underrated part of Claude. We set up recurring tasks — for example a Monday-morning summary of industry updates delivered to your inbox — connect tools such as Gmail, Drive, Slack or your CRM through MCP connectors, and show Dispatch, triggering tasks from your phone.
What you build: at least one automation that runs for the first time the same week.

Before the workshop we agree on three to five cases from your processes, and we spend the final thirty minutes solving them live — on your screen, with your files. This is the module that keeps the team using Claude next month, not just the next day.
What you build: a solved, real case from your company, documented for your internal knowledge base.
From practice: where we have run AI workshops
In May 2026 we ran a free 90-minute AI workshop for entrepreneurs at the AUREA business incubator in Gorica pri Slivnici, Slovenia, hosted by the Kozjansko Development Agency. We solved four cases live: a reply to a wedding-cake inquiry, a comparison of two supplier offers, a marketing plan built from last year's data, and a weekly report from Excel. The paid format goes a step further: three hours instead of ninety minutes, and exclusively your cases instead of general ones. So far we have delivered more than 20 hours of workshops — for accounting and law offices, marketing and retail teams.

Workshops across Slovenia, Croatia and Austria
We run workshops on-site across Slovenia, Croatia and Austria, or remotely via video call for distributed teams. Sessions are delivered in English, Croatian or German, with example prompts and materials adapted to the language your team works in.
Frequently asked questions
How do we prepare for the workshop?
Before the workshop we do a free 30-minute intro call and you fill in a short questionnaire about your industry, tools and processes (about 15 minutes of work). We build the program from that, using your cases. Attendees do not prepare anything — a laptop and two or three examples of repetitive work are enough.
What do we need on the day of the workshop?
Each attendee brings a laptop and access to their work email. We set up Claude accounts together in the first module — the free plan is enough for the workshop, though we recommend at least one Pro account per team. For on-site delivery we only need a projector or a large screen and an internet connection.
What group size works best?
A group of 4 to 8 people works best — small enough that everyone builds their own automation, varied enough to cover several processes. We run anything from 1:1 to 12 attendees; larger teams are split into two sessions.
Which languages do you deliver the workshop in?
English, Croatian, German or Slovenian. Example prompts and the workshop notes are adapted to the language your team actually works in.
What happens after the workshop?
You receive documentation of every scenario from the workshop and 30 days of email support with replies within 24 hours. Teams that want to go further continue with AI integrations (CRM, ERP, internal knowledge base) or with process automations that run in the background.
What if skill levels in the team vary a lot?
That is the rule, not the exception. The workshop is designed so complete beginners can follow, while more advanced attendees build more demanding automations in modules 4 and 5. On request we also show developers Claude Code on your own repository.
