Who is AI consulting for?

According to SURS, Slovenia's national statistics office, 72% of large, 31% of medium-sized and only 18% of small Slovenian companies used artificial intelligence in 2025. Consulting is meant for exactly these small and medium-sized companies without an IT department of their own.

• ✦Not for companies looking for a strategy paper on an AI vision for the board. We do not do that.

What about data security?

Every solution runs on your own accounts. On commercial plans (Team, Enterprise, API), Anthropic does not train models on customer data by default; we align the setup with GDPR and your internal rules. For data that must not leave your infrastructure, we deploy open-source models on your own servers. If you want, we review the system before launch as part of a security audit.

You can tell a good consultant by two references with a similar problem, a pilot proposal with measurable goals and costs, a clear answer on where the models run and how your data is protected, and a plan for what happens after the pilot.   AI consulting for businesses is a review of a company's processes and tools with one goal: to decide which tasks are worth handling with artificial intelligence first, and how: by training the team, by automation or with a custom solution. At Flisko it starts with a free 30-minute call and ends with a written offer with fixed scope, price and deadline.

• How much does AI consulting cost?

  The 30-minute intro call is free and without obligation. You receive an offer with fixed scope and price within 24 hours of the call. The published prices are: AI workshop from 950 € for a group of up to five, GEO setup 199 € one-off and monitoring 149 € per month. Prices are final because Flisko is not registered for VAT.

• Who does the consulting?

  Žiga Flis does the consulting personally, as Flisko (Informacijske storitve, Žiga Flis s.p., Gorica pri Slivnici, Slovenia). We work for companies in Slovenia, Croatia and Austria, and remotely, in Slovenian, Croatian, English and German.

• Do you only advise on Claude?

  No. We build on Claude by default, but we pick the tool by the task: where ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity is better for a specific job, we use that one. For data that must not leave your infrastructure, we deploy open-source models on your own servers.

• What happens after the call?

  Within 24 hours you receive an offer: exactly what we will do, by when and for how much. If AI does not make sense for your case, we tell you on the call. After delivery we hand over documentation and provide 30 days of e-mail support.
